The role will include contributing content to our award-winning match day programme - liaising with programme partners JMA Programmes, Bishops Printers, the club committee and playing management from our under 13's to the first team.
You will have additional responsibility for updating content on the Club's official website - www.boshamfc.co.uk - and all social media output (in line with the Club's social media policy) with relevant and regular on-and-off field news, and help grow our existing following.
Based on your experience, there is also opportunity to explore new media opportunities, such as re-starting our Robins Radio live match commentary service and creating a YouTube channel to serve match video highlights.
A passion and enthusiasm for grassroots football alongside strong writing skills are essential, alongside familiarity of MS Office packages and a highly organised approach.
The role would be ideally suited to a journalism student who would like to gain live experience within a well-run and friendly local grassroots club, and add to their portfolio.
Alternatively, we would welcome applications from candidates who have experience at a similar non-league club, or have the required skills with time to give.
This is a voluntary position to start immediately - will provide a club tracksuit/ jacket, lifts to away fixtures, and an option to be co-opted on the Club's main management committee.
If you think you can help, please email club Chairman, Neil Redman, email@example.com.
