Bosham first team won 3-1 with a great hatrick from Will Lintott.
The game should have been more comfortable as Bosham created some great chances, especially in the first half. However it was a good team performance and an important win after three tough opening friendly defeats to Wick, Hayling and Selsey; who all play in leagues higher up the pyramid.
The development squad played immediately after and played some good football. It was great to see five of our U18's playing a senior game for the first team. This shows the depth of the Bosham youth infrastructure - credit to John Steed who has managed and contributed to the players development since they were U11s.
The game ended 2-1 in favour of Bosham.
We should also mention that at 41 it was great to see Andy Probee take to the pitch with son Ollie (16).
